The FitKid Academy has partnered with The Fitness School, bringing its after-school enrichment program to you! If you’re in grades 3 – 5, get ready for Fitness and Fun! We combine easy-to-learn programs and curriculum, fun games, and group activities to ensure our FitKids have a great time and get the exercise they need to stay healthy. Our program is appropriate for kids of all fitness levels.
Our FitKids focus on the building blocks of fitness, which include:
